Returns - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily accept any unused, unopened and unwashed items within seven (7) days of delivery for full refund, less shipping and handling. Items returned after that time frame up to two (2) weeks will be given a store credit. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact your consultant for more details. Clearance items are final sale and can not be returned. Returns, exchanges and store credit vouchers can take up to fourteen (14) days to process.

Rep Code Activation Fee / Rep Hosting Fee:

Rep Code Activation / Rep Hosting Fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within five (5) business days from the delivery date. All Sales are Final. No Exchanges or Returns.  As soon as your product(s) is/are purchased, it is considered YOUR item, in which are not able to refund or exchange the merchandise.
